I have had half a dozen of real estate transactions over the years, I can honestly say that Liz is the most dedicated and knowledgeable agent that I have ever worked with. Years of experiences and vast connections are key to success in this dynamic housing market. Liz is always available when I need to contact her. She is not afraid to seek out advice from others when she is uncertain of a particular subject. It is so important to get the latest information since the data is changing almost daily. She is very friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating to my situation. To improve the interior appeal, she lent me some decorating props, free of charge. She was willing to pay, out of her own pocket, for a home warranty to entice potential buyers in today’s market. Best of all, her commission is extremely reasonable compared to some other agents. You won’t be disappointed by using Liz Van Osdol as your realtor. We first met Liz at an open house in 2017. We then contacted her in 2020 to help us find a new home in southwest Florida so we could get out of the cold northeast winters. We were motivated to find something although we were not sure exactly what type of home would fulfill our needs. Liz worked tirelessly to find us homes in Sarasota county for us to walk through. During our journey Liz was able to determine our likes and dislikes and very quickly honed in on properties which fit our requirements. She found us a new build which fit our needs perfectly. During the build process she made regular visits to the build site, took pictures and kept us informed with updates. She even avoided a big issue with our ceramic tile when it was being installed. The builder was installing the wrong tile on our floors, she caught it, worked with the builder and made sure the correct tile was installed. Liz’s customer focus is exceptional. Her communication skills are above and beyond. She’s astute and very knowledgeable whether your doing a new build or looking for an existing home. Again, you won’t be disappointed but rather happy and excited if you select Liz as your realtor. Thank you Liz for all your hard work with our new home. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

Liz Van Osdol sold our home in Gran Paradiso in early 2023, during a period of stagnant house sales. She held at least 8 open house events on Sunday afternoons and personally stayed for each one so she could personally answer potential buyer’s questions. If another agent wanted to show the house, she would also attend the showing to represent us, the sellers.
She had a video made of herself describing the community, showing the interior of the house, and organized a drone flight showing the exterior.
She was helpful to us in so many ways: she helped arrange contractors to repair some hurricane Ian damage we experienced to our property, gave us constructive ideas for decorating, and often brought beautiful flower arrangements.
Liz was introduced to us by a neighbor that recently bought his home with her help. She was highly recommended as a dedicated, honest, and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. She has a high level of business acumen, knows all the ins and outs of the market, and knows exactly when and how to negotiate a solid deal.
In addition to all her attributes, she is very personable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way during the sales process.
