$325,000

This is almost two acres in desired area of Arcadia, surrounded by some of the most popular and busy stores, restaurants, medical etc including a large Gym and gas stations in the County. This is just off Hwy 70 East and clearly visible. There are 8 lots fronting on the road and 4 lots that back up to 4 of the front lots. All 12 lots in this package are zoned CG ( Commercial General )and this Zoning has many varied uses giving Buyer many options for this property. This is a blank slate open for your imagination. In an original plat, these lots should have had a way to go down the side of lot 13 and across the back. That has never been developed and Seller does not plan to do so. It will be Buyers responsibility to confirm any and all potential plans with DeSoto County Planning Dept. The mowed portion of the lot does not specifically indicate an exact lot line. The best use for this offering is the entire piece. Please refer to the Plat that is in with the pictures to understand how they sit. Tax figures not available until posted by end of tax year, probably in November This is almost two acres in desired area of Arcadia, surrounded by some of the most popular and busy stores, restaurants, medical etc including a large Gym and gas stations in the County.
