Recent updates add real value beyond the finishes: new blinds, closet doors, and light switches throughout, hurricane shutters on all exterior openings for storm protection, and an AC system (2021) under an active maintenance contract and recently serviced. The unit also includes a 12-month home warranty covering all major systems — added confidence for a buyer stepping into island living. Residents of Bahia Pointe enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the water, a waterfront pool and spa, bike and kayak storage, a game room, and a social/meeting room. The unit comes with one assigned parking space plus abundant guest parking on the third floor. Just minutes from Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach and only 15 minutes to vibrant Downtown St Petersburg.
